Lean on Webex Assistant to recommend meeting highlights and action items

Webex Assistant recommended action items

This feature leverages a machine learning model that can detect action items from the meeting or webinar without any action required from the meeting host or attendees. Webex Assistant will provide any detected action items as recommendations in the post-meeting or post-webinar experience. Users can choose to add any recommendations that they found helpful to their highlight reel for further editing or sharing with other attendees, or they can be deleted.

Keyword triggered recommendations

If you want to have more control to give a hint to the Webex Assistant to capture a highlight, you can use any of the following keyword phrases, which will automatically trigger important moments in the conversation. Speak naturally and the Webex Assistant captures the important moments and includes them in your post-meeting or post-webinar notes.

Keyword phrases aren't currently customizable.

During your meeting or webinar, these moments use the Action item, Decision, and Note labels but these labels can be changed later on your Webex site.

Recommendations can be accessed in the post-meeting or post-webinar page at the right pane. Hosts, invitees, and attendees who have been granted access to the post-meeting or post-webinar page can play audio of the recommended highlights and can choose to add them to their highlights reel for further editing or sharing. Recommendations can also be deleted, if needed.
