You can adjust settings to allow users to join Webex meetings directly from their desk phones. You can enable users to dial into a meeting with control from the Webex App, eliminating the need for users to manually input meeting or call back phone information. Alternatively, you can allow users to disconnect their desk phones when joining a meeting, enabling them to join the meeting through the control of the Webex App while still being able to use desk phone control functions for making calls.

Sign in to Control Hub and go to Devices > Settings > Desk phone control (DPC).

Toggle Allow DPC for meetings ON to enable this feature.

Alternately, this toggle can be switched OFF to continue using DPC to control the phone join meeting option.

These changes take effect when the devices restart.
