Sign yourself in to a shared phone

If extension mobility is configured, you can sign in to a different phone in your network and have it act the same as your phone. When you log in to an IP phone using the extension mobility feature, the phone retrieves your personal settings such as speed dials, phone directory, call history, and voicemail settings.

Before you begin

Your administrator has configured extension mobility.

1	Press .
2	To access EM service, do one of the following actions: Select Network and service > Custom services > EM Select Custom services > EM
3	Enter UserID and PIN that you administrator has created for you.
4	Click Submit. You see `Login Successful` message.

Sign out from the shared phone

After you complete your work, you must sign out of the shared phone.

1	Press .
2	Select Network and settings.
3	Select Custom services > EM.
4	Click Yes to sign out the phone.
