The following bugs are now resolved:

  • Participants video feeds showing as gray screens.

  • The Meeting URL appearing in the Meeting Information window during a consultation was incorrect. This is fixed now.

January 2022

The following bugs are now resolved:

  • Provider being disconnected from their current consultation when their previous consultation was ended.

Known issue—On some Android 12 devices, the participants video appears blurry. To avoid this issue, ensure that you are using Chrome 97 or later.

November 2021

The following bugs are now resolved:

  • The error appearing when a provider starts a consultation with a blank phone number.

  • Clicking a number on the DTMF dial pad no longer plays back the tone to the user.

  • Wrong chat history appearing for logged in provider from a different session.

  • Message keyboard closing immediately after sending the message.

  • An error message now appears when a user accidentally presses space bar or goes to next line by hitting return and then clicks on the send button.

  • One time activation on the Instant connect for virtual care registration page at https://instant.webex.com/ was failing previously.

  • The error message that appears when a user loses connection to their wireless network is now fixed.

October 2021

The following bugs are now resolved:

  • The base meeting URL listed on the Instant connect for virtual care registration page at https://instant.webex.com/ was incorrect. This is fixed now.

  • Previously, the API help documentation was not opening when opened in new tab or window.
