Make a Meet-me conference on 9800/8875 (Unified CM)
Feedback?You can use your phone to host or join a conference by using a Meet-me conference number.
The conference doesn’t start until the host dials in, and it ends when all participants hang up. The conference doesn't end automatically when the host hangs up.
Host a Meet-me conference
Before you begin
Get a Meet-me conference number from your administrator, and distribute the number to the conference participants.

Locate and select Meet me:

Dial the Meet-me conference number. |
on a line key, you can press the line key to use the feature.

and then select Join a Meet-me conference
You can't join a Meet-me conference until the conference hosts dials in. If you hear a busy tone, the host hasn't dialed into the conference. Hang up and try your call again.
