You can delegate someone else to schedule meetings for you from Microsoft Outlook using Webex Scheduler or Webex Productivity Tools. This is useful when you're unable to reach a computer or if you have another person manage your calendar.

  • For Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online, use Webex Scheduler for delegate scheduling in supported Outlook clients.
  • If your organization uses Exchange on-premises and requires a delegate to schedule on another person's calendar, use Productivity Tools for Windows version 45.2.0.63 or later. Exchange on-premises does not support the web add-in capability that Webex Scheduler requires for this scenario.
  • Delegate access to another person's calendar and scheduling from a shared mailbox are different Outlook configurations.
