Cisco AI Assistant for Meetings is intelligent and interactive—your virtual meeting companion. It makes meetings searchable, actionable, and more productive. The AI Assistant helps manage action items, capture important decisions, and highlight key moments. It makes your meetings more structured and effective.

AI Assistant for Meetings is available for free for Webex Meetings, Webex Suite package meeting sites and Personal Meeting Rooms. It's supported for both new and existing sites.

Enable AI Assistant for Webex Meetings and Webex Suite Packages

AI Assistant is by default enabled for Webex Meetings and Webex Suite package Wholesale customers. Partner Administrators and Customer Organization Administrators can disable the feature for Customer Organizations through Control Hub.

Limitations

The following limitations exist for Webex for Wholesale RTM:

• We limit support to Webex Meetings, Webex Suite package meeting sites, and personal meeting rooms only.

• The system supports closed-captioning transcriptions only in English, Spanish, French, and German.

• Only users within your organization can access content sharing via email.

• Meeting content isn't accessible to users outside your organization. Meeting content is also not accessible when shared between users of different packages from within the same organization.

• With the Webex Meetings and Webex Suite package, you can access meeting recording transcriptions whether you enable or disable AI Assistant. However, if you select local recording, the system doesn't capture post meeting transcripts or highlights.
