Webex App | Watercooler bot
The Watercooler bot for Webex helps members of a group space connect and get to know each other better through breakout sessions in smaller groups. The bot currently supports up to 50 people in a space and ensures that each member has the opportunity to meet all other members. It can create scheduled breakout sessions with a selected frequency on a chosen weekday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. The bot also allows members to opt out of or rejoin breakout sessions as they wish. With the introduction of new teams, members can easily get acquainted with one another!
