Record an active call
When you're on an active audio or video call, you can record it. You might hear a notification tone as you record the call.
During a recording, you see different icons in different recording state. For example, when your admin sets the recording state as On Demand with User Initiated Start, you see Record, and the icons such as Pause Record, Stop Record, Resume Record icons.
Before you begin
Your administrator enables your phone with call recording.

While on an active call, press Record or press More (…) and select Record. You see a notification message
This call is being recorded for about 5
secs. You also see Recording in progress icon next to the line on which you are recording the call and on the
phone screen. For phones with greyscale screen, you see icon. |

(Optional) While recording is in progress, press More (…) and then select Pause Record to pause the recording. You see Recording paused icon next to the line and on the phone screen. |

(Optional) To resume recording, press More (…) and then select Resume Record to pause the recording. |

(Optional) To stop the recording, press More (…) and then select Stop Record to stop the recording. You see a recording stopped message.

Press End Call to end the call. |
