Before reviewing image dimensions, here are a few considerations to keep in mind:

Dimensions are listed as (width) x (height).

Accepted image types are: .jpeg, .jpg, .png.

Webex Events Production Studio also supports GIFs.

Smaller file sizes help images load more quickly when attendees use the Event App.

All image dimensions
This table has two sections. The first section lists images with minimum and recommended dimensions, and the second section lists images with required dimensions.

* We don't recommend including text or important information on the Cover image since it will be cropped depending on a user's device and its location within the Event.
** Features with items that use an icon include: Sponsors and Exhibitors, Speakers, Custom List, Video Rooms, Web List, and Single Item.
*** Live Display Gallery images should be 16:9 aspect ratio. The best pixel count may depend on the size and quality of the displays at the venue. We recommend 7680 x 4320 px for high quality on large displays.
**** Lobby images have no height restrictions, and different heights may serve different use cases better. When asking sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or other contributors to send Lobby images, decide and share your specific height requirements and the minimum width requirement.
Contributor image dimensions
This table includes the items from the list above that you'll often request from people outside your organization, such as sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers. Copy this table and add it to your collaboration form email invites so that contributors are prepared to upload images with the correct dimensions. Remove items as needed before sending.
