Manage the custom shortcuts your users see on Webex App
You can add up to six custom shortcuts. URLs must start with https://
or webexteams://
. No other protocols are allowed.

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, select Apps. |

In the General section, under Shortcuts, click Add shortcut. |

Enter the Display name and URL for the shortcut. |

Select a predefined icon and color, or upload a custom icon. |

Click Create shortcut and next. |

Once your shortcut is created, you can assign it to groups of users. Select the users you want to have access to this shortcut, then click Done. |

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, select Apps. |

In the General section, under Shortcuts, click next to the shortcut. |

Change the display name, URL, icon, or groups of users you want to have access to this shortcut. |

In the General section, under Shortcuts, click click next to the shortcut you want to delete. |

Click Delete. |

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, select Apps. |

In the General section, under Shortcuts, click and hold next to the shortcut you want to move, then drag the shortcut to a new place in the list. |

Repeat until the shortcuts are in the order you want. The top 3 from your list show on the Webex App navigation menu. The remaining shortcuts in your list show up on the More shortcuts menu. For more information, see Webex App | Your user interface. |
If you want a group of users to have access to a shortcut, you can assign a shortcut to them.

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, select Apps. |

In the General section, under Shortcuts, click next to the shortcut. |

Select Next. |

Under Access, click Select groups. |

Search for and select the group names you want to assign to this shortcut. |

Select Done. |
When you remove a shortcut from a group of users, they no longer see the shortcut in Webex App..
