Turn off annotation in a Webex meeting
Feedback?If you're in a meeting and someone shares their screen or an application, you can ask the presenter if you can annotate the content they're sharing. However, if you're the host or cohost and want to keep the presentation focused, you can prevent attendees from requesting to annotate.
The host, cohost, and presenter will still be able to annotate the shared content.
This feature is available on our Webex Suite meeting platform. Find out if your meetings use the Webex Suite meeting platform.

Open Webex and sign in. |

During a meeting, go to More options |

Under Allow for all attendees, uncheck Annotation. |

On desktop, click Apply. |

During a meeting, tap More options |

Toggle Annotation off and tap Done. |
