Select the default layout resolution in Control Hub
Feedback?Set the maximum resolution, up to 4K Ultra HD (2160p), that Webex App displays during internal meetings. You can customize this for your organization, groups, locations, and users.

In the Default layout resolution section, select Full HD (1080p) or higher from the drop-down menu. |

Click Save. The value you set is the default layout quality for users' incoming video in Webex meetings.
