Link Your Calling Profile to a Host Phone

After your administrator has made you a hoteling guest, you can move your entire calling profile (phone number, features, and calling plan) over to another phone (host) temporarily. Maybe you have to work in a remote office for the day but want the functionality and features of your main desk phone. When you make a call from that phone, your name and number appear as the caller ID. Your profile remains on that phone for up to 24 hours.
Before you begin
Your administrator has set up a guest account for you.
Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling.
From the Calling User portal, go to Hoteling. and turn on
Search for the person (host) whose phone you want to use. Then, click Save.
Restart the phone to enable the Guest in and Guest out softkeys.
