Annotate On Screen Share

Share your laptop or mobile phone screen on the board. Read this article to learn how to do it wirelessly and this article with an HDMI cable.

Tap Annotate icon to start annotating. If it is not visible, tap the screen once. Opening the drawing function can take a couple of seconds.

Draw on the screen share with the available colors. You can use the eraser to remove what you don’t want to keep. To go back one step, tap .

To change the pen size, tap the pen icon to open the options . Tap to select the line thickness you wish to use.

To clear the whiteboard, tap the eraser icon twice and tap Clear all icon.

To zoom in and out on the picture, pinch out and in on the touchscreen. You can zoom in up to 3x. While zoomed in, you can move the whiteboard around by pressing with two fingers and swiping to the direction you want to move the picture to.

When you're done with your annotations, tap Done.

After tapping Done you can choose between Stop or Resume. If you want to stop sharing your screen, select Stop. The image gets temporarily stored into the Whiteboard menu of the board. You can continue working on it later during your session by tapping the image and Annotate icon. The image gets deleted when the board goes to sleep.

If you want to stop annotating and return to the screen share, select Resume. The image gets temporarily stored into the Whiteboard menu of the board. You can continue working on it later during your session by tapping the image and Annotate icon.

Annotate Files

You can annotate the files that you've shared in a Webex Teams Space, including Enterprise Content Management (ECM) files.

Open a Webex Teams space on the Board or Desk Pro and tap Files . See this article for more information about viewing a file on your device.

When you're done with your annotations, tap Done. You can find your annotated image in the Whiteboard menu and the Whiteboard folder of the Webex Team's space.

Annotate Web Apps

You can annotate the web apps that are opened on the Board and Desk Pro.

When you're done with your annotations, tap Done. You can find your annotated image in the Whiteboard menu.

Create a Copy of the Annotated Image

You can copy the image you have annotated. The copy is saved to the Whiteboard menu. When you open it again, you can continue working on it like you would on any other whiteboard.
