Firmware Upgrade Enhancement

You can now postpone a phone firmware upgrade by 6 hours. This is a convenient way to reschedule an upgrade if you are busy, in a meeting, or on a call.

You cannot postpone critical upgrades.

You can also upgrade your phone from the Settings menu, if your firmware is outdated and you want the latest release. This is a convenient way to make sure you have the latest features.

Support for Manual Factory Reset

You can now do a manual factory reset on your phone if you cannot access the Settings menu. A factory reset returns the phone to the original factory settings.
