Webex Teams | Change Your Email Address

When you sign in to the Webex Teams app, you enter an email address to access your account, which stores your contacts, your conversations, and your spaces. You can change the Webex Teams email address that you use to access your account without losing any work you've already done or information you have in the app.
Before you begin
Contact your system administrator before changing your email address, as your company may have extra security measures in place, such as a synchronized user directory or single sign-on. If you edit the Email field, your access to Webex Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings could be affected, unless your single-sign-on address is also updated to match the address change.
Go to https://idbroker.webex.com/idb/profile, and then enter your email address and password to sign in.
Select the Email field.
Enter and confirm your email address, and then select Submit.
If you have a Cisco Webex Meetings account at meetings.webex.com, and you use the same email address there as for Webex Teams, then your email address is changed for both.
Contact support if you have issues updating your email or other account settings.
