Connect to Webex Meetings from a Mobile Device
When it's time to connect to a scheduled Cisco Webex meeting or Personal Room meeting, you can join quickly from the mobile app.
If your site administrator has enabled meeting disclaimers for your Webex site, you must accept the disclaimer that appears before the meeting in order to connect.
Support for iOS 14
The new iOS 14 operating system will officially be supported in the 40.9 update.
Start a Scheduled Meeting
After opening and signing in to the Webex Meetings app, you can:
Swipe left to My Meetings and tap Start on the meeting entry
Alternate hosts can't start a meeting from the mobile app.
Start an Instant Meeting
You can start an instant meeting by opening the Webex Meetings app and tapping Start Meeting.

You can join a Webex meeting from your iOS device in any of the following ways:
Sign in to your Webex account and:
Swipe left to My Meetings and tap Join on the meeting entry
Tap Join Meeting, enter the meeting number, Personal Room URL, or host's username, and then tap Join
Without a Webex account, open the Webex Meetings app and tap Join Meeting. Enter the meeting number or host's Personal Room URL, enter your name and email, and then tap Join.
From your iOS search, search for your own or recently joined Personal Rooms. Tap the meeting from the search results to join.

If your site administrator configured your site to send notifications, the app alerts you before or when the host starts the
meeting.
If you're using Ford Sync 3 AppLink with Webex Meetings, you can now see the active speaker’s name (not the actual active speaker) in the car dashboard while attending a meeting. Use your steering wheel or dashboard controls
to turn on AppLink, and then use voice commands.
When hosts schedule meetings, they can allow attendees to join meetings before them. The host's name isn't shown in the meeting
information until the host joins.

host enters the room or admits you, you can then join the meeting. You can tap Notify Host to alert the host that you're waiting in the lobby.
Connect to the Audio Conference

video address. Tap the Audio Connections Options menu to choose an audio option.
If you choose to Use Internet for Audio, you use your 3G or 4G data plan unless you're on a Wi-Fi connection. When you join an audio conference that's using Webex Audio or VoIP only, you use wide-band audio.
If a participant who doesn't have wide-band audio joins a meeting that's using wide-band audio, audio for everyone is downgraded.
Webex Meetings gives no warning message before the downgrade.

In Settings > Audio & Video, you can enable Skip Audio and Video Preview to save default join options.
You can also set your preferences so that your device automatically mutes for meetings that you join. In your app's settings,
enable Mute on Entry.
If you're using iOS 11 or later, you can switch between your connected audio during a meeting. For example, you can use a
Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth speaker, or your device's speaker.

car dashboard using Siri voice commands, and then see a full in-meeting Webex user interface on your dashboard. Mute, unmute, and leave meeting capabilities are available with CarPlay.
We disabled the Add Call button in the WBS39.6 update. Although the button is disabled, Apple CarPlay is available.
When using iOS 13, Siri voice commands on the car dashboard are only accessible while your device is unlocked. However, your
device must be locked in order to see Webex Meetings on the car dashboard. For more info on other known issues and limitations, see the Cisco Webex Meetings Mobile (iOS) Updates Overview.
