This feature allows for customization through personal calendar settings, letting users toggle the visibility of tentative meetings, all-day events, and non-joinable appointments. Furthermore, you have the option to enable or disable early join for meetings, providing a tailored scheduling experience.
Full day personal calendar for personal mode offers comprehensive full-day calendaring, seamlessly integrating with the calendar app to display all meetings and non-joinable appointments. This enhancement ensures that users have a clear overview of the entire day, with meeting reminders that can be snoozed or ignored for added flexibility. Additionally, users can see upcoming meetings and the time remaining until the next booking.
Full day personal calendar is enabled using following option:
UserInterface Bookings Visibility Personal FullDayCalendar: <On, Off> (Default: On) Show or hide "appointments" or other events without meeting join information:
UserInterface Bookings Visibility Personal NonJoinableMeetings: < Auto, Hidden > (Default: Hidden)Show or hide meetings set to "all day" length:

Personal calendar settings are accessible through device settings or the device calendar app:
- Swipe from the right side of the screen, or tap the
button on the upper right corner of
the homescreen to open the control panel. Tap Device Settings, scroll down, and
select Personal Calendar. - Tap the Calendar button on the home screen, and then select Customize personal calendar.
You can disable or enable the following options:
- Show tentative meetings
- Show all day meetings
- Show full day personal calendar
- Show non-joinable events
- Allow early join. Early join is now available alongside the full day personal calendar, where users can join meetings scheduled to start later than five minutes from the current time.
