The purpose of this document is to provide a description of the configuration of the Webex for Cisco BroadWorks client. The configuration file config-wxt.xml is provided in two versions – one for mobile (Android and iOS) and one for desktop (Windows and MacOS). The clients are configured using a configuration that is not visible to the end user. The config-wxt.xml provides server-specific information, such as server addresses and ports and runtime options for the client itself (for example, options visible in the Settings screen). The configuration files are read by the client when it starts, after being retrieved from Device Management. The information from the configuration files is stored encrypted, thus making it invisible and inaccessible to the end user.
