By removing any Hybrid Services from your on-premises resources, you are not only removing user access to the features. You are also removing the related configuration.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services > Hybrid, and then click View settings on a hybrid service card.

Scroll to the Deactivate section and click Deactivate.

Read the caution that appears, and then proceed if you're sure.

The service is no longer available to your organization and any on-premises connector software is removed from your registered resources.
