You can call someone from your Favorites, Recents, or Directory list. You can also enter their number in the Search or Dial field.


A directory search returns a maximum of 100 entries.

You can only call one person or a meeting room at a time from your room device.

Make a Call from Your Directory

Open the Call menu by selecting Call with the remote control’s OK button, or by pressing the green button on the remote.

Use the Cursor keys on the remote control to navigate between Favorites, Recents, and Directory and then down in one of the lists.

Select a contact by pressing OK on the remote control. In the call menu, press OK or the green Call button on the remote control to place the call.


Edit a Contact Before Making a Call

Open the Call menu by selecting Call with the remote control’s OK button, or by pressing the green button on the remote.

Use the Cursor keys on the remote control to navigate between Favorites, Recents, and Directory and then down in one of the lists. Select a contact by pressing OK on the remote control to open the call menu.

Use the Cursor keys on the remote control to navigate to More (···) and press OK. Navigate down to Edit and Call and press OK.

Once you have edited the entry, press the green Call button on the remote control to place the call.


Make a Call with a Number or a Video Address

Open the Call menu by selecting Call with the remote control’s OK button, or by pressing the green button on the remote. Use the Cursor keys to navigate to the Search or dial field and press OK.

If you want to call someone outside of your directory, or someone whose number you know, select 123 and enter their number. You can also enter a video address in order to join or start a scheduled meeting. Navigate down to the keyboard and select characters by pressing OK on the remote control.

Press the green Call button on the remote control to place the call. You can also navigate to the Call icon and press OK.
