Device Control Panel

When you join a meeting from a paired device, there are buttons that control media on the desktop and buttons that control media on the device itself. A dedicated panel of device controls is now available that indicate that these buttons are for controlling the device.

Device controls are now split into an independent panel in the meeting. You can mute or unmute yourself during the call, turn the video on or off, adjust the volume of the video device, or oggle self-view on the video device. From More options, you can select,

  • Show video on both device and computer
  • Move meeting to computer

In the split-panel Device layout, choose one of the available layouts and see how it looks on your device. For more information, see Screen layouts for Cisco devices.

You can pop-out the call window to move your participants to a more prominent place on your screen. You can also pop it back inside the call window.
