Webex Meetings Services Removal Tool for Microsoft Windows
list-menuFeedback?
The Webex Meeting Services Removal Tool removes all Cisco Webex Meetings related folders and files from your computer.

It is recommended to remove all Cisco Webex Meetings applications from the Control Panel before running the tool. This tool will not remove Webex App or Webex Document Loader related files.

The purpose of this tool is to clean up files and folders left after the uninstall of Webex Meetings via the Control Panel. This can help with achieving a full removal of the client and is also helpful when troubleshooting requires a reinstall of the meeting client.

Follow these steps:

  1. Download the Removal Tool.
  2. Close the Microsoft Outlook application if it's open.
  3. Right-click the downloaded file and select Run as Administrator.
  4. Type Yes in the command prompt window. Press Enter.

Run the removal tool in silent mode:
  1. Download the Removal Tool.
  2. Close the Microsoft Outlook application if it's open.
  3. In the Windows search bar, type Command Prompt. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
