- Select OK on the disclaimer.
- Complete the New Support Ticket form, then select Submit.

- Click on your Profile Picture in the left navigation panel.

To get online help from Control Hub:
- Go to the Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com
- Click on your Profile Picture at the bottom left corner of the page
- Click Help to access online help.
