When you need help with user account issues, such as password resets, locked-out accounts, and account reactivation, or help with which features are available on your Webex site, contact your site administrator.
If you're on the Webex Free plan, you don't have a Webex site administrator. Open a case for help with your account.
In Modern View, from the left navigation menu, select Support.
If you don’t see the above option on your Webex Events or Webex Training site, go to Support > Help > Contact Support.
For Webex Support, go to Support > Contact Us. Then scroll to the Contact Support section at the bottom of the page.
If the contact information for your site administrators is not available on your Webex site, then you can use your company's help desk to reach them.
