    Recording Storage Options are Greyed Out on the Site Admin Page

    Recording storage options are grayed out on the Site Admin page.

    I cannot change or modify recording storage allocation options.


    Cause:
    The Recording storage options will be grayed out if the site is configured to allow storage overage.

    Solution:
