Call Me and Call In Options Appear in a Meeting Scheduled with VoIP Only.
Call me and Call in options appear in the Webex Meetings app for Android even when the meeting is scheduled with VoIP only.
Why am I seeing the call back and call in options when Webex Teleconferencing is disabled on my site?
If Webex teleconferencing is disabled for a site or if the meeting is scheduled with Integrated VoIP only, the only available audio option should be Use Internet for Audio. Whereas, in the Webex Meetings app for Android, Call me, Call in, and Use Internet for Audio are displayed.
This is a known issue with the Webex Meetings app version 39.7. Webex engineering team is aware of this issue, and they're working to fix this issue in a future release.
Workaround:
Set the Use Internet for Audio as the default audio option, to set Use Internet for Audio as the default:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Audio & Video.
- Select Use Internet for audio under Audio Connection.
