The Cisco Accessory Hub is a desktop application that provides end users the ability to configure, customize, and upgrade Cisco Headsets and Desk Cameras. It’s downloadable on both Windows and Mac.

Install the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app on MacOS
Follow these steps to install the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app on MacOS:

Open Finder and navigate to Downloads. |

Double-click the downloaded CiscoAccessoryHub-<version>.dmg file. |

Drag and drop the application icon to the Applications folder to install the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app. The system may prompt you for an administrator password. |

Close the window and click the Eject button in Finder to dismount the image. |
Install the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app on Windows
To install the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app on Windows, you can use the CiscoAccessoryHub-Win64.exe file or the
CiscoAccessoryHub-Win64.msi file for more advanced install options.
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
With the CiscoAccessoryHub-Win64.msi file, you can use the
msiexec command for more advanced installation options, including silent
installs.

Launch the Windows PowerShell application as a system administrator. |
