When you open the charging case lid first time, the Bluetooth pairing mode turns on in your B&O Cisco 950. You can see the light indicator of the charging case flashing blue.

Follow these steps to pair your Bluetooth device after the first-time pairing:

Before you begin

Make sure your B&O Cisco 950 is charged. You can connect the charging case with the charging cable. You can also use the Qi certified wireless charging pads for charging.

Place your earbuds in the charging case.

Make sure the charging case lid is fully open.

When the indicator turns off, tap and hold the touch field of both the earbuds for 6 seconds.

You see the indicator flashing blue when your device initiates pairing in the Bluetooth pairing mode.

The USB HD adapter isn't part of the box contents for the Webex/UC model. You can purchase the USB HD adapter as a spare accessory.

Before you begin

The Cisco USB HD Adapter is required for the Microsoft Teams certified experience with Microsoft Teams client. In other use cases, the adapter is optional and can be used as a quick plug-and-play experience. The adapter is included in the box contents and pre-paired with the earbuds.

Place your earbuds in the charging case.

Take the Cisco headset USB HD Adapter out of the box and plug it into your source device. Then, open the lid of the charging case and take out the earbuds. As the adapter is pre-paired to the earbuds, a connection will be established automatically.

If you are not using the Microsoft Teams client on your connected device, you can also connect via a native Bluetooth connection by following these steps:

Make sure the charging case lid is fully open.

When the indicator turns off, tap and hold the touch field of both the earbuds for 6 seconds.

You see the indicator flashing blue when your device initiates pairing in the Bluetooth pairing mode.

The B&O Cisco 950 Microsoft Teams certified earbuds are also compatible with Webex. While you can connect the earbuds with a native Bluetooth connection when using Webex, the Cisco USB HD Adapter is required for the Microsoft Teams specific controls and the earbud call controls to work with the Microsoft Teams client.

Insert B&O Cisco 950 earbud into your ear canal, then rotate until the logo is horizontal and the fin is resting outside the tragus of your ear.

You need to choose the right ear tips that are essential for the truest fit and for optimal performance of active noise cancellation. You can try out different sizes to find the one that offers the best level of isolation from outside noises.

If your charging case is charging and the earbuds aren't inside the charging case, you see one of the following indications:

Orange (blinking)

The charging case is charging.

Green (solid)

The charging case is fully charged.

Red (flashing)

The charging case is overheating.

If your charging case is charging and the earbuds are inside the charging case, you see one of the following indications:

Orange (flashing)

The charging case and the earbuds are charging.

Orange (blinking)

The charging case is fully charged and the earbuds are charging.

Green (blinking)

The charging case is charging and the earbuds are fully charged.

Green (solid)

The charging case and the earbuds are fully charged.

Red (flashing)

The charging case is overheating.

If your charging case isn't charging and the earbuds are inside the open charging case, you see one of the following indications:

Orange (blinking)

The earbuds are charging.

Green (solid, 5 seconds)

The earbuds are fully charged.

Blue (flashing)

Bluetooth pairing mode.

Blue (solid)

Bluetooth pairing successful.

Red (solid, 5 seconds)

Bluetooth pairing failed.

Factory reset completed.

Green (blinking)

Software update for the charging case is in progress. The indicator turns off when the update is complete.

If your charging case isn't charging and the earbuds aren't inside the open charging case, you see one of the following indications:

Green (solid, 5 seconds)

The charging has more than one full charge.

Orange (solid, 5 seconds)

The charging case has less than one full charge.

Red (solid, 5 seconds)

The charging case has very low battery.
