Try the following general solutions first if you encounter a problem with B&O Cisco 950:
- Make sure your earbuds are charged.
- Make sure your earbuds are on.
- Disconnect other active Bluetooth devices.
- Increase the volume.
- Restart your earbuds by placing inside the case, closing the lid for 5 seconds, and taking out the earbuds again.
- Try connecting with the Cisco Headset USB Adapter. The USB Adapter enables you to enjoy a high-quality wireless from any compatible device with a USB port.
- Download the Bang & Olufsen mobile app to your mobile device and run the available software updates.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth drivers on your Windows and Mac device are up to date.
- If the issue persists and none of the above solutions work, visit Cisco Headset Warranty Overview to find your headset’s warranty terms and open a TAC case for more assistance.
