This Help article is for Cisco phones that register to Webex Calling as a workspace device. The supported models include Cisco Video Phone 8875, Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series.
Enable voice feedback with multi-languages (Control Hub)
When the phone is enabled with multiple languages support, people with vision problem can hear the voice feedback in their own language. It helps them to navigate and use the phone easily.
Before you begin
- Your phone is registered to Webex Calling.
- Your phone is connected to Cisco Webex cloud.

On Webex App, go to Devices, and then select your phone. |

Select All configurations. |

Navigate to the Regional section and select PhoneLanguage. |

Configure the following parameters.

Select Next. |

Review your changes and select Apply. |

Select Close to close the page. From the phone you can set the desired phone language.
