Webex App | Set up call routing for when you're away
If you enable Do not disturb (DND) or Call forwarding, they take priority over Away routing.

Open Webex and sign in. |

Click your profile picture, click Availability and then click Away. |

In the Greeting dropdown, choose a greeting message from the available list. Callers hear a recording of the greeting you choose. |

In the Ends dropdown, choose from the available options or click Custom to add a custom end date and time. |

In the Send calls to dropdown, choose where to send your call:

Click Manage notifications and choose if you want to be notified when the caller is greeted. |

Click Set. Your availability on your profile picture changes to show Away until your specified
time and includes the greeting you chose, unless you already set a custom status.
To turn off the setting, click your profile picture, click and click Turn off.

Tap Set. To turn off the setting, tap the Calling tab, tap the
Away banner at the top and then tap Turn
off.
