If you enable Do not disturb (DND) or Call forwarding, they take priority over Away routing.

Open Webex and sign in.

Tap your profile picture, and then Availability.

Tap Away, then tap Choose and select a greeting from the list.

Callers hear a recording of the greeting.

Select the options for the setting

  • Choose when the setting ends from the available options or add a custom date and time.
  • Choose where to send your call, either voicemail, enter a number, or choose a number previously used (we save the last 5 numbers). Ensure the number is correctly formatted.
  • Under call handling, choose Pickup first if you want the opportunity to pick up the call before being routed to voicemail or transfer. Then choose number of rings before being routed.
  • Choose if you're notified when the caller is greeted.

Tap Set.

To turn off the setting, tap the Calling tab, tap the Away banner at the top and then tap Turn off.
