Cancel a Cisco Webex Services trial subscription in Control Hub
Feedback?Customer administrators as well as partner administrators managing customers from the partner view, can cancel a trial subscription or an enterprise trial subscription before it ends from Control Hub.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, click Account under Management in the left navigation menu. |

Select the Subscriptions tab. |

Click on the trash |

Click Yes. |
