Though you can keep your free account around indefinitely, you may want to delete it in the following scenarios:

After you buy a paid plan: When you buy a Starter, Plus, or Business plan on Webex.com, we create a new Webex site for you. This means you may have two Webex sites to choose from on your sign-in page; make sure to sign in to the right one. If this feels confusing, you can delete the free account.

Before you switch to a managed plan: If you used your work or school email to sign up for a free account, your IT admin may encounter issues when adding you to the organization’s Webex account. In this case, you may need to delete your account.

Sign into your Webex Meetings site.

Click the down arrow next to your name. Depending on the type of account you have, you'll see different menu options:

and select the ellipsis
