If you have multiple phone lines, you can change the active line for calling.

Go to and make sure that your desk phone's selected. If you see My Computer instead of your desk phone, select it and switch to your desk phone.


 

If you'd prefer to always use your phone to make calls, you can connect to it and use it as your default calling device.

Dial a number from your app or make a Webex Teams call, and your call goes through your phone. Pick up your handset, use your headset, or talk over your speakerphone on your phone. Then, if you're set up with Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM or Webex Calling), you can continue controlling your phone from the app to put calls on hold. If you have Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM), you can also merge, conference, and transfer them too. You'll see everything taking place on the phone display.


 

If you're in desk phone control mode, you can use the dial pad on Webex Teams to enter DTMF tones so you can enter codes to join meetings, choose voicemail options, and navigate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
