From iPhone or iPad:
  1. Tap your Profile Picture, then tap Submit Feedback.
  2. Select OK on the disclaimer.
  3. Complete the New Support Ticket form, then select Submit.
From Android:
  1. Tap your Profile Picture, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Submit Feedback.
  3. Complete the New Support Ticket form, then select Submit.
Note: If your mobile device is paired with a SX10N (QuickSet) endpoint, your support case will include information that allows support to gather logs from the endpoint.
