Before you begin

Make sure you've connected your USB HD adapter to your computer.

On the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app, choose Accessories in the left pane.

If the firmware of your USB HD adapter isn't the latest firmware, the Update firmware button appears with the USB HD adapter image.

Click Update firmware.

In the USB Adapter Info, click Start update.

If you want to update from a local firmware file, you can upload manually by clicking Select file.
