Reassign a User's Recordings to Another Webex Account

Site administrators can reassign ownership of network-based recordings. This might be necessary when turning off a user account that has important recordings you don't want to lose.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to . |

Locate the user account and select the link next to their user ID. |

Scroll down to the Recordings and Content Management section. |

Check the Recordings check box, and select Reassign . |
