Black screen during desktop sharing when Trusteer Rapport is installed.
I can see a black screen when the presenter shares an application.
Attendees see a black screen during desktop sharing.
Solution:
The issue can be resolved by disabling Trusteer Rapport.
Note:
- Trusteer Rapport could be blocking the API calls to the screen sharing APIs.
- It may be installed through Bank of America, see https://www.bankofamerica.com/privacy/online-mobile-banking-privacy/trusteer-rapport.go
