ISSUE

Unable to call into an International Toll-Free Number using a cell phone. You may receive a voice error indicating, 'The number you have dialed cannot be reached from your calling area.'

RESOLUTION

Have the attendee attempt to join in via a different method, such as callback, using a non-mobile, or joining via computer audio.

CAUSE

This may be caused if the country restricts cell phone calls to toll-free phone numbers. Check the access restrictions to Webex toll-free numbers doc to confirm.
