    Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome

    Clearing the cache and cookies can help with Webex issues such as starting/joining meetings, logging into your Webex site, or your Webex site data not loading correctly. Continue reading to learn how to clear the cache and cookies in your Google Chrome browser.

    1. Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner (vertical three dots).
    2. Select Delete Browsing Data.
    3. Ensure that Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files checkboxes are selected.
    4. In the time range tabs, click the More drop-down and select All time.
    5. Click Delete data.
    6. Restart your Chrome browser.
