Are PowerPoint notes displayed automatically after the file is shared?

Where do PowerPoint notes display in the meeting?


If sharing a PowerPoint file containing notes on Windows-based computer, a new panel will display containing the notes or a PowerPoint Notes button will appear at the top right of the screen.  After clicking on the PowerPoint Notes button , the notes will be visible to the presenter:

  • PowerPoint Notes are now supported with Office 2013 & 2016 files on Windows operating system only.
  • PowerPoint Notes are currently not supported when sharing from a Mac.
