Solution:
An administrator must first grant permission for individual host accounts to specify default dial-in numbers. For help, see: Configure Teleconferencing Options for Your Site in Cisco Webex Site Administration
To change the default call-in numbers in Modern View:
- Log in to your Webex site. (Example: SITENAME.Webex.com)
- Select Preferences in the left navigation bar, then select Audio and Video.
- Under Default call-in number, set up to two default call-in numbers for the sessions you host or attend:
- Note: If this section is missing, this feature hasn't been enabled by the administrator.
- Make any other desired changes, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
To change the default call-in numbers in Classic View:
- Log in to your Webex site. (Example: SITENAME.Webex.com)
- Click My Webex near the top of the page.
- Click Preferences on the left side of the page.
- Expand the Audio section. (You may need to click Set up)
- Scroll down to the Set default call-in number for the sessions you host or attend section.
- Note: If this section is missing, this feature hasn't been enabled by the administrator.
- Remove the numbers displayed in the field on the right by selecting an entry, then click the << Remove button.
- Select the numbers you would like displayed by default from the field on the left, then click the Add >> button.
- Make any other desired changes, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
