Feedback?When I share my presentation the fonts change or are overlapping.
Fonts are overlapping in the PowerPoint presentation when shared into a Webex meeting.
Note:
If the issue is discovered during the meeting, the document can be shared using a desktop or application share as a workaround.
Cause:
This may occur if the PowerPoint file contains a custom font. The custom font will be replaced with a standard font when shared into the meeting.
Solution:
If the slide deck uses a custom font or a font downloaded from the internet, replace the font with a standard one included with PowerPoint. (Example: Calibri, Arial, etc) Save the changes to the document, then share the document again.
If the issue persists, contact Webex Technical Support.
