Ask me anything about recordings showing prompts

If you can't see the AI Assistant search in recordings feature, reach out to your organization administrator to enable it.

Open Webex and sign in.

Go to Meetings Meetings icon , and in the app header click AI Assistant Cisco AI Assistant icon .

Select from:

Give me more info about—ask about specific topics to get more information.
Search recording for—ask about specific content in a recording for a broader summary.

Enter any topics, keywords, names, dates, or any other details. Then, click Send Send Message button .

AI Assistant determines if you're searching for an entire recording, or specific content within a recording.

Answers come with links that point you directly to the source in the recording, so you can quickly get to specific content for more information.

If AI Assistant can't determine the specific content of your search, it will do a search based on the title, date and time, participant list, summary, and action items.
