Webex App | Set a PIN on mobile devices

For enhanced security, your company might require you to set a lock screen on your device if you’re using Webex App for iPhone, iPad, or Android.

If you don't already use a PIN, then you'll get a message on your device telling you to enable one.

You won't be able to use Webex App until you set a PIN.

Enable a PIN from the settings menu on your device.

  • iPhone and iPad: Go to Settings , then choose Touch ID & Passcode .
  • Android: Go to Settings , then choose Lock screen .
