Webex Go for Dedicated Instance customer
Webex Go combines the power of Webex collaboration and enterprise calling with the familiar, intuitive user experience of any mobile device using eSIM technology. Once your eSIM is activated successfully, you have a Webex-branded mobile network, dedicated to business calling.
Prerequisites
- Call routing dial-plan needs to be configured between Dedicated Instance and Webex Calling multitenant. See, Activate inter-op SIP trunk to Webex Calling multi-tenant for more information.

Setup Webex Go
Inbound and outbound calls made to and from internal extension, fixed PSTN mobile works for users in Webex Calling multitenant for a Dedicated Instance customer.
Customers who split users across platforms experience different features. The calling features aren’t harmonized between Dedicated Instance and Webex Calling. For example, Webex Calling users can’t be part of a hunt group on Dedicated Instance. See, Known Issues and Limitations for Webex Go Mobile Operator for more information.
