Webex App | Turn on or off entry and exit tones in a meeting
Feedback?As a meeting host or cohost, choose whether participants who use the call in or call me audio option hear a beep when someone enters or exits the audio portion of the meeting. If you prefer, turn off the beep so that no one with a phone audio connection hears it.
You can do this even if you initially chose Beep or No Tone for the entry and exit tone in when you scheduled the meeting from the meeting calendar or scheduled the meeting from a space.
If you're an attendee, you can turn off the sound that plays when a participant joins or leaves the meeting.
