As a host, you can add a space to your scheduled meeting, before the meeting starts or after the meeting has ended to keep the conversation going. Everyone invited to the meeting is added to the space and they can share files and collaborate.

Adding a space to a meeting ensures that all content from the meeting is automatically shared within that space. This feature enhances collaboration by allowing you and your team to seamlessly continue discussions and address any issues raised during the meeting.

Go to MeetingsMeetings.

Choose from the following:

  • For an upcoming meeting, find your meeting in the list and click Add a space.
  • For a meeting that's already ended, click Meeting recap, find the meeting in the list and then click Add a space.
Everyone invited to the meeting are also added to the space. When the space is created, you can add people to the space or change the space name in edit space settings.

You can add a space when you schedule a meeting from the meetings calendar.
